Multifunctional complex “LOTUS”
Detailed concept provides the creation of a multifunctional complex of buildings located in the central area of Benghazi, opposite the city University, at the intersection of the Tariq Al’ Arubah Al U’rouba highway and the Fourth Ring street. The Lotus building complex is a single architectural ensemble, acting, on the one hand, as the architectural dominant of the city being restored, and on the other, as a place to satisfy the social, consumer and aesthetic needs of the population.
