Development Center

The main objective of the project team was to create the ideal office development center. The team was tasked with designing a landmark building while maintaining focus on the building’s efficiency and construction cost. During the design process, an optimal solution was found — a “Living Building” whose dynamic form reveals different perspectives from every angle, creating unique visual effects depending on the time of day and viewing position.
