A gas pipeline runs along the eastern edge of all development plots. There are also 2 distribution substations in front of the plots, which have been allocated to separate cadastral plots. The main road drops approximately 10 metres from the south as you move northwards
The north of the site has extreme gradients and access for vehicles and fire engines would be problematic. The proposed ski tracks meet at the lowest point at +330m. For each section, the distance from pedestrian level to road level will be different and will become sharper further north along the resort.
In order to create a recognisable memorable image and move away from the primitive rectangular form, it is intended to use a variety of housing shapes to form a complex developed silhouette of buildings.
The diversity is achieved through the use of pitched roofs and the stepped shape of the enclosures.
"Steps" allow to improve the view from the upper flats and organise terraces. Sharp pitched roofs reduce snow load and at the same time serve as a style-forming element uniting the complex into a single whole.
