The building's volume takes the form of a rectangular plan. When shaping the residential part of the hotel complex, significant attention was devoted to scenic views, prioritizing them as a distinctive feature of the hotel. One of the key principles of the spatial solution is the impressive silhouette. Thanks to the building's cut, diminishing towards the top, there is a lighter perception from the side of the railway station, creating a unique volume. The new hotel complex will become an integral part of the surrounding space, crafting a unified and memorable silhouette for the district.
