During the design process, the Padhod Arhitects team sought to create the most efficient layout solutions and increase the number of apartments with the best panoramic views of the forest and towards the river.
During design process was aimed a balance between nature and the archi- tecture of the houses: to improve the situation, the harmony of the new complex with the surrounding nature, creating a new point of attraction of the entire area.
