When forming the residential part of the hotel complex, much attention is paid to the specific characteristics, which are the priority and feature of this hotel. One of the basic principles of the spatial solution was an impressive silhouette, a shape that would not resemble a familiar hotel. Due to the lowering of the number of storeys from the park and the opera, there is an easier acceptance from the building array, a unique volume is created.
The new hotel complex will become an integral part of the surrounding green space, creating a single memorable silhouette of the area. The facade of the building, as the main element of visual comfort, is provided for the perception of high-quality aesthetics of the area. The facade is expressed in a characteristic plastic in the form of vertical lamellae. The shape of this hotel complex makes maximum use of the plot’s perimeter and activates adjacent streets with an accentuated direction through the middle of the plot. The internal area (a park on the roof of the technical floor and parking) is provided for the use of visitors.
