The main urban planning task formulated by the project team is to enhance the surrounding environment and create an impressive landscaping for the entrance area of Building 435. This improvement aims to enhance the existing architectural context and establish a new convenient environment with adjacent areas and parking.
During the search process, an elegant solution was found to highlight the building's entrance zone. The facade solution comprises a combination of sandwich panels, glazed window constructions, and perforated metal panels. Sandwich panels form the basis of the building's facade structure, with glazing in the areas of utility rooms and the administrative part of the building. Perforated metal panels are positioned above the entrance part of the building. The roof is constructed with standing seam metal covering and snow retention structures.
In volumetric-planning decisions, the team aimed to efficiently utilize the adaptable volume for reconfiguration while maximizing the number of functionally direct rooms and providing them with necessary infrastructure. These decisions are aligned with the technological processes of the enterprise. The office sections of the building are designed as a modern open office space organization with workstations arranged in the form of mirrored benches.
